accreditation of each PRSAV-T Inc. Accredited PR Vote-counting Officer shall
expire at midnight on 31st December 2010 and every five years thereafter, but
the expiry on an Officer’s next due expiry date shall not apply if that
Officer has been re-accredited by resolution of the PRSAV-T Inc. Council
