MULTI-MEMBER ELECTORAL DISTRICTS. Further
to your recent telephone inquiry on behalf
of Senator-elect John Siddons, I have
prepared a set of rules to provide for the
above division in a way that
would produce the best outcome from the PR
point view given the present constraints of
Sections 24 and 26 of the Constitution. Attached
are statements of the Main Aims of
the Rules, the Rules
and a typical Table of Electoral
Districts. I
